This workflow helps businesses that apply for grants or help clients apply for grants. This workflow finds new grants, uses AI to summarize them and check eligibility, then saves the information to Airtable. It also creates and sends and email with new eligible grants. 1. Copy the sample Airtable base. 2. In the "AI Grants since Yesterday" node, change the keyword search if needed. 3. In the "Eligibility Factors" node, update the company details in the system prompt with your company information. 4. Adjust the schedule triggers to fit your needs. 5. Connect your OpenAI and Airtable credentials. 6. Connect your Gmail credentials. You need accounts for n8n, OpenAI, Airtable, and Gmail. You also require an active internet connection to access the Grants.gov API. You can change the grant search criteria, the AI prompts for summarizing and eligibility, the Airtable fields, and the email content and recipients.
