This workflow automatically finds PDF invoices and receipts in your Gmail, uses AI to sort them, and uploads them to a Google Drive folder. You can also choose to email all sorted PDFs to someone. Set up a webhook to start the workflow with a date range and an optional email flag. Connect your Gmail and Google Drive accounts. Customize the AI classification term and the recipient email in the "Configure" node. An n8n instance, Google Gmail account, Google Drive account, and OpenAI API credentials. You can change the AI's classification criteria (e.g., "contract" instead of "receipt"). You can also set a specific email address to receive the classified PDFs.
