The workflow feeds the AI the 10 most recent posts scraped from a target creator's profile, along with a new topic provided by the user. The AI is given a two-part mission via a detailed prompt: 1. Analyze & Deconstruct: It first performs a topic-neutral analysis of the provided posts, breaking down the creator's style into its core components: Hook Technique, Content Structure, Tone & Voice, Formatting Cues, Call to Action (CTA), and Hashtag Formula. It then formats this analysis into a human-readable "playbook." 2. Synthesize & Create: It applies the newly created playbook to the user's topic, ghostwriting a completely new LinkedIn post that perfectly matches the target creator's style.
