Anyone needing to publish content across multiple social media platforms based on specific conditions.
This workflow automatically publishes content to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn based on input received from a webhook. It uses switch nodes to route the content to different social media accounts, or to retry/reject posts based on predefined rules.
Set up a webhook with basic authentication. Define rules within the switch nodes to direct content to specific social media platforms and handle different posting scenarios (Yes, Retry, Reject). Configure credentials for Facebook Graph API, X, and LinkedIn nodes.
n8n instance, accounts for Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, basic authentication credentials for the webhook.
You can add more social media platforms, modify the routing logic using different conditions in the switch nodes, and integrate additional steps like content preparation or notifications.

Automation Value: Automates social media content distribution. Ensures content reaches appropriate platforms based on rules. Reduces manual effort in cross-platform posting. Provides options for retrying or rejecting posts.
Best Practices: Clearly define switch node rules for better control over content distribution. Use descriptive naming for nodes to enhance readability and maintenance. Implement error handling for social media posting to manage failures gracefully.
